Alexis grew up in Tucson, Arizona where he began his rock climbing career and developed a passion for adventure. Alexis has worked as a high school ecology and natural history teacher; led canyoneering and backpacking courses and has worked as a rock climbing guide in Maine, New Hampshire, Quebec, Arizona, California and Mexico. Alexis has climbed extensively throughout the United Sates and abroad and has a love for all styles of climbing from sport, traditional, bouldering, deep water soloing and big wall climbing. In 2005 Alexis received a B.A. in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Education from Prescott College. Alexis is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide and a Wilderness First Responder.
Since his first rock climbing experience in 2003, Aaron has continued to expand his climbing resume with ascents of the Diamond on Longs Peak (14,000 ft.) and Hallet Peak (13,000 ft.) in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park. Aside from various areas in Colorado, Aaron has climbed in many styles and locations including Yosemite, Bishop and Joshua Tree in California, Hueco Tanks in Texas, and many areas in Arizona. Aaron's work in the rock climbing world also includes being a rock climbing athlete for NativesOutdoors and Native Lands Regional Coordinator for the Access Fund.
Jeff was Program Director for Aspen Expeditions/Rocky Mountain Climbing School from 1994-2006 and has been guiding in Arizona since 1995. Jeff has spent most of his winters teaching basic mountaineering, technical ice climbing, corporate rope courses and team building from the Southwest to Vermont. Jeff's climbing resume' includes numerous technical ascents from big walls in California, to the desert towers of the Southwest, as well as ice climbing and Mountaineering throughout North America.
Ben Guides in the Cascades, Red Rock, Alaska, and Canada. Ben has made numerous rock, ice, and ski ascents in the Canadian Rockies and Bugaboos and throughout the western United States, including big wall routes in Yosemite. Ben is a certified Leave No Trace Trainer, an AMGA Certified Rock Guide, and his academic degree is in wilderness leadership and natural history Pete Fasoldt (Bar Harbor, ME) Pete Fasoldt has traveled and climbed extensively throughout North and South America. From his home turf of Camden Hills in mid-coast Maine, to the legendary peaks of Patagonia, where he recently summited Fitzroy with fellow Guide Eli Simon.
Pete is a veteran of over 12 big wall routes, five of which are on Yosemiteʼs El Capitan and 4 First Ascents of walls in Newfoundland and Chile. Among Peteʼs most recent First Ascents was an epic ridge traverse on the limestone cliffs in El Potrero Chico with fellow guide Eli Simon. Pete is also an avid sailor, and has sailed over 15,000 nautical miles in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Pete is a humble climber, a natural leader and an exceptional guide. Pete is the co-owner of Atlantic Climbing School in Bar Harbor, Maine. Pete is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide and certified Wilderness First Responder
